Ellen Shea is the Senior Client Specialist at Bell Rock Capital, LLC headquartered in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. She joined the SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm in September 2018.

Ellen achieved the Certified Financial Planner CFP® designation May 2020. In addition to financial planning at Bell Rock Capital, Ellen is responsible for daily interactions with the firm’s high net worth clients as well as trading.

Prior to joining Bell Rock Capital, Ellen was a Registered Client Associate for The Thrush Group – Hightower, in Westport, Connecticut. Her previous position was at Lieber & Co., The Evergreen Funds, in Purchase, New York as a Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst and Trader.

Ellen received her FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

A graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia, Pa, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics.

She is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

Ellen is the President and Executive Director of a nonprofit 501c3 foundation. She is responsible for the foundation’s leadership to fully commit itself to its mission, proficiently manage the foundation’s assets, and adherence to compliance and audit reporting requirements.

Ellen enjoys spending time with her children, bicycle riding, hiking, walking on the beach and playing golf.
